Many of clients are overseas when they ask for our help in preparing a property for their arrival. From curtains to cupboards, a home can be fully functioning right down to the last spoon when its new owner walks through the door, thanks to Anvari Design taking care of every detail. HOW WE WORK
The Brief
Understanding client requirements is our priority at Anvari Design, and plenty of time at the start of a project is devoted to hearing your goals and objectives. The brief is yours and yours alone, but we are here to support and enhance your ideas with our own engaging and creative concepts. Initial meetings to discuss mood boards, swatches and sketches allow us to listen to what you want, presenting our own concepts and talking them through.
The Concept
Committing ideas to paper is one of the most enjoyable and creative parts of the design process for us, but a concept also requires much careful planning including timescales and costings. Through many conversations with clients, we will walk you through every step of the journey so the concept matches up to your brief and translates into solid workmanship. Once plans are signed off and administrative details attended to, the build can begin.
The Build
Excitement as the project gets underway! Working to a manageable and agreed schedule, work begins accompanied by regular site visits and build reports. Every step in the processes carries equal weight, and that’s why we’re so proud to have a list of trusted and reliable suppliers and contractors for each discipline, to allow the chain of events to run smoothly. This means we can stay on-point in managing any unscheduled absences and busy spells.
The Finish
We are committed to taking care of projects from start to finish; visits and checks ramp up towards the end of a project. Such checks include overseeing the snagging process, looking after last-minute details, ensuring any relevant paperwork is up to date and signed off, and making final site visits until our clients are perfectly happy with the end result. All that’s left for you to do is move in, unpack, and settle in to your beautiful new home.
